What a nice day, for October! Too bad we really had no summer. It's been raining off & on, but if it clears up it's actually quite warm out. After the monkeys get up from napping, they can play outside.
Speaking of naps, Carrie has decided they are not for her. Yesterday she stayed up all day and I walked on eggshells to keep her from blowing a head gasket from crabbiness. Not today! She tried the famous "scream bloody murder" and "cry pathetically and say, "Mama, i loooove you!" over & over, but I held my ground. After an hour, she's out cold up there- Thank God! She's much harder to truly enjoy when I'm tempted to duct-tape her. i *think* Kelly is asleep, too, in my bed. She's up there, no gurantees that she's SLEEPING.
Carrie learned to blow fuzzies form a dandilion yesterday. One word, Awwwwww!!!! She's growing way too fast, though she still knows she's the baby!

Even her sister treats her like the baby- HER baby! When they aren't kicking each other, stealing toys or trying to gouge out eyeballs, they can be found hugging & loving each other. Kelly likes to talk baby talk to Carrie and tell herm "Come sit with me, baby Carrie! I'll take care of you."

Carrie plays it right up, making little squeaky sounds like a newborn. What a pair!!!
